For the last 20 years, my focus has been on the healing arts. It began with a four year apprenticeship in healing through the subtle energy systems of the body, and I gained certification in the Sunpoint method of energy healing and intuitive counseling. Following this, I completed massage therapy training, and spent another 5 years deepening my skills and perception in craniosacral work, and achieved certification with the Milne Institute in Visionary Craniosacral Work.  Additionally I studied with Carol Gray  gaining specific skills for maternal/ infant treatment.  I am also a certified Tummytime teacher, offering classes and individual sessions for parents and pre-crawling babies.
In coordination with my craniosacral and massage work, I integrate Marma Therapy, myofascial release,  ScarWork and BoneWork in healing sessions to meet the individual needs of clients. I offer Supporting Emotional Release work, a somatic-based therapy, in conjunction with flower essences, to aid in the emotional component of healing.
